General terms and conditions of business

General
These terms and conditions, in their currently valid version, apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services between the customer (i.e., you) and Tennis-Universe (hereinafter referred to as "Tennis Universe"). By ordering products from the offered range, these terms and conditions are deemed accepted.

Conclusion of contract
All our offers are non-binding. The purchase agreement is concluded upon receipt of a confirmation email or delivery of the goods to you.

Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including Swiss VAT, excluding shipping costs.

payment
In Switzerland, ordered items can be paid for by prepayment, credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or PayPal.

Tennis-Universe charges a processing fee of CHF 10 starting with the second payment reminder to cover the associated manual effort. Tennis-Universe reserves the right to forward debt collection proceedings. In the event of late payment by the customer, other breach of contract, or if Tennis-Universe becomes aware of circumstances that impair the customer's creditworthiness, Tennis-Universe reserves the right to remove the customer's account from its credit list.

Delivery terms
The items are usually delivered by mail and only rarely by courier service to the address you provided. If you are not at home, you will find a notification in your mailbox. If delivered by mail, you can then pick up the package at your local post office; if delivered by courier, you can arrange a new delivery attempt by calling the courier service. You may save time by providing your business address when placing your order.

return
You have 14 days to reconsider your purchase. Items that don't suit you or don't fit can be returned or exchanged. This excludes underwear, personalized items (such as custom-strung tennis rackets), and all stringing and tuning machines. See the return policy for details.

Test rackets
Test rackets can be borrowed and tested for seven days (the period begins upon receipt of the racket; it must be returned after seven days). If the racket is not returned on time, an additional rental fee will be charged, and if the deadline is exceeded further, the racket will be charged at the full price (as per the online shop). This also applies if the racket is returned damaged.

Vouchers
Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

guarantee
Our warranty period begins on the date you receive the goods and is governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty.

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Liability
We are not liable for any damages you may incur in connection with delayed or non-delivery. In the vast majority of cases, we ship your ordered products immediately after receiving your order or payment (in the case of prepayment). Should a delay nevertheless occur, you will receive written notification from us with the expected delivery date. Delivery times are indicated with each product.

Applicable law / Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Aarau, Switzerland.
